You know how there are times when you see something in the world and it just kind of stops you? Like you have witnessed something amazing, something that is rare, and your whole body just feels it? It would imply seemingly that those feelings are only generated by things in the world that have a certain quality.
But if we suppose that we are causing the feeling, then that means we can feel that about anything, good or bad, small or large. By seeing ourselves in the things we experience in the world, and allowing our child-like wonder to emerge from beneath our judgements and fears, insecurities and beliefs.
Everything is beautiful. This is not the question. The question is how do you see the beauty that is in everything.
